Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript formatting requirements:
 Article title MUST BE sentence case.
 Page layout: 8.5” x 11” size (A4 size) portrait sheets with all margins 3 cm.
 Author names MUST BE capitalized each word.
 Body Text: 11pt, Times New Roman, justified, 1.0 line spaced, 4000-7000 words (8-15 pages).
 To set the style, type Equation in the style box. But this style only set the tab stop position. To put the equation on the right place just press tab button one time.
 Table and references: single line spaced, fonts may be reduced (Times New Roman 10 pt.)
 Picture: JPEG with 96dpi.
 No grammatical, typo or any format mistake.

2. Title and Abstract
 Title MUST BE upper case
 Maximum length of abstract is 200 words in total and supply a structured abstract in one paragraph consist of
purpose, design/methodology/approach, findings, research and practical implications. In addition, provide up to five keywords which encapsulate the principal topics of the paper and your paper must be in research paper
classification.

3. Parenthetical citations (citations in article’s body)
 In-text citations and references should follow the latest APA format.
You should cite publications in the text: (Chamdler et al., 2010) when there are three or more authors. At the end of the paper a reference list in alphabetical order should be submitted.

4. Reference List
 APA 6th style with alphabetical order.
 Reference sourced from publications published within the last ten years and 80 % were referred from primary reference.

The criterion for acceptance of the article is related to the scope of the field, which depends on the merit of content and
presentation.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format and where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  3. The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
