The fast development of Indonesia capital market has happened recently requires investors to manage more information which is available with variety of technical analysis. One of technical Springate’s model of bankruptcy prediction which is able to predict the possibility of bankruptcy for evading fortfolio depreciation held by the investors. In above-mentioned analysis, the investors use one set of financial ratio which has the same type profitability, leverage, and liquidity ratio. Logically, the investors who have used Springate’s ratio in their analysis will consider the set of ratio in selling and buying shares so Springate’s ratio have the influence to shares price. This reseach was done based on wanting to know the influence of Springate’s financial ratios to shares price of public enterprise of telecommunication sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This reseach is empirical study for getting to know the influence of Springate’s financial ratios to share price. The financial data which are used from report of public enterprise of telecommunication sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange are from the year 2009 up to 2013. The financial ratios which are independent variable used by Springate for predicting enterprise bankruptcy, i.e : Working Capital to Total Assets (WC/TA), Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets (EBIT/TA), Earnings Before Taxes to Currents Liabilities (EBT/CL), and Sales to Total Assets (S/TA). The analysis instrument is panel data regression and for data processing using Eviews 7. t-test and F-test outcome shown that WC/TA, EBIT/TA, EBT/CL and S/TA independent variables partially and simultaneously together influencing shares price with random effect test.

The demands on the performance of employees to work professionally, honestly and justly so obvious, clear, hard and firm. Increased employee performance requires the factors that affect, among others, the ability, motivation, and commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. In this study took a sample of 100 employees. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The research results indicate that the ability (X1) has a direct influence by 14.30%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the motivation (X2) amounted to 10.36%, indirect effect through Commitment (X3) at 2.44% and the total effect amounted to 27.10%. Variable Motivation (X2) has a direct influence by 22.56%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 10.36%, and the indirect influence through Commitment variable (X3) of 2.31%, so that the total effect of 35.20%. Variable Commitment (X3) have direct influence by 2.95%, while the indirect effect through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 2.44%, and the indirect influence through Motivation (X2) is 2.31%, so that the total effect of 7.70%. The coefficient of determination calculation results are expressed as a percentage portray the contribution of all the independent variables are Capabilities (X1), motivation (X2), and commitment (X3) in determining variation Employee Performance (Y) is approximately 70.03%. While the rest are other factors not examined in this study.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resource information systems, competency and discipline on employee performance. The object of research is one of the hotels in the city of Bandung. Population used were all employees of the hotel. Quantitative research methods using Path Analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of HR Information Systems, competence and Discipline Work on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous Effect of HR information systems, Competence, Work Discipline against employee performance in the category of very significantly by 82.5%. These results indicate that the effect of these three variables including very significant category while the remaining 17.5% is a variable that is not research as compensation, organizational culture, communication work.

This study aimed to determine and assess the Influence of Public Relations Mix on Brand Image and Brand Awareness and Its Implication to Student Decisions Choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung. This study uses the theory of Marketing Management, the method used in this research is an explanatory survey approach, and the type of research is descriptive and verificative. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method used is the analysis of SEM (stuctural Equation Modeling). This research used a sample of students at vocational school Medikacom Bandung as much as 248 students. The results showed that simultaneous Brand Image and Brand Awareness significant effect on Student Decisions choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung, Public Relations mix significant effect on Brand Image and Public Relations mix significant effect on Brand Awareness.Simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness of the student decisions amounted to 0.860 or 86%, whereas 0.140 or 14% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Effect of partial variable mix of Public Relations of the brand image is of 0.640 or 64%, a variable mix of the Public Relations Student decisions amounted to 0.720 or 72%. From the results of research conducted, then Public Relations Mix, Brand Image and Brand Awareness variables when combined would have a significant effect on Student Decisions Choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung.

RETURN ON STOCK IN THE CONTEXT OF DAY OF THE WEEK EFFECT

Capital market is an alternative for investors to invest their capital. Market efficiency is an ideal and attractive form in the capital markets. Under condition of market efficiency, the new information will be responded by market participants to decide whether to buy or sell, thus causing changes in the price and then the price will be stabilized. In the efficient market itself, irregularities or deviations emerge, these are called market anomalies. One of the most important types of market anomalies that is interesting to study is the calender anomalies such as day of the week effect. The day of the week is an effect which states that the expected returns are not the same every day. Furthermore, there are phenomenon in day of the week effect which are related to Monday effect, namely week-four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect. The objective of this research is to determine the existence of the day of the week effect, week-four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect in Indonesia stock exchange. The study uses dummy variable multiple linear regression for independent variables. Then the fourth of phenomenon compared by using ANOVA. The result show that doesn’t exist a day of the week effect, week – four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect in Indonesia Stock Exchange during January 2008 until December 2012. This show that the market anomaly doesn’t always happen, especially in the period of research.

Macroeconomic variables used are the interest rate of Bank Indonesia (BI-rate), inflation, exchange rate, Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS) and world oil prices. The data used in this research is secondary data during the period May 2011 until September 2015 using a model error correction model (ECM) where the end result is going to measure the effect of macroeconomic variables on Indonesian Sharia Stock Index in the short term and long term.

The object of this research is to study about the liquidity influence compare to the efficiency and working capital requirement by using balance sheet and income statement data. The location is at PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (PT. INTI), one of the state’s telecommunications company. This research is a descriptive analysis and use a case study method where by obtained data during research will be analyzed, and then processed furthermore with existing theory bases and later conducted the measurement of performance to the variables. The result of this research shows the influence of liquidity rate compare to working capital efficiency 49,8%. The influence of liquidity rate compare to working capital requirement 19,7% and the rest influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of employees. The object of research is a financing company. Research sample were 107 employees. The research method used Path Analysis technique. The results showed that there is significant influence of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. As well as employee satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction of employees is at 60.1% while the remaining 39.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on student’s satisfaction and its implications on loyalty at School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung. The object of research is all students of the School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung with a total student population as many as 5.779 students. By setting a limit precision of 5% of the population obtained a sample of 375 students. This study uses a quantitative study using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that there is significant influence quality of service for student satisfaction either partially and simultaneously. And there is a significant influence student satisfaction on loyalty. The result showed that the effect of simultaneous quality academic services to students satisfaction of 49.1% while the remaining 50.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This implies that the management of universities needs to pay attention to issues of academic quality so as to increase student satisfaction and loyalty.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance. The object of research is one of the elementary schools in Bandung. Data were colledted from population in this study as 34 teachers. Which quantitative research methods and techniques Path Analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on the performance of teachers by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of regional financial information system on the quality of financial statements. The object of research is the application of Financial Management System (SIPKD). This study uses qualitative descriptive method using saturated sampling. Based on the calculation, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.721. This indicates that the application of regional financial information system (X) affects the quality of the regional financial report (Y) amounted to 72.1%, while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors which may affect the quality of financial reporting area. The results showed that there is significant regional financial information system on the quality of the regional financial report.

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on etikas business as well as its implications on the performance of employees. The study population is one of the employees leasing company in Bandung using the entire population. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the calculation results showed that the significant effect on the transformational leadership and business ethics and employee performance. Are influential transformational leadership directly to employee performance at 0.50 while the influence of business ethics at 0.60. The influence of business ethics on the performance of employees is 0.45. While the results of the overall effect of transformational leadership and business ethics at 0.67 or 67%. This indicates that the variable performance of employees can be explained by 67% by transformational leadership and business ethics, while the rest of 33% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Word of Mouth towards Buah Batu Baraya Travel Consumer Purchase Intention. The method that being used is descriptive - causal. The sampling technique that being used is nonprobability sampling with the sampling method incidental sampling. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 Students of Business Administration Student 2013 of Telkom University that know Baraya Travel pool Buah Batu. Data analysis technique that being used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Word of Mouth has positive effect on Baraya Travel consumer purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) calculation can be known the magnitude of the effect of word of mouth (X) variable on purchase intention (Y) was 32.9%. While the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other factors that not be examined in this study.

In Indonesian, public university and private university compete so tightly to create qualified graduates. Beside that, they compete to provide best educational services to get more students. This study aimed to analyze dominant factors that forming student decision in choosing Telkom University study program S1 Business Administration.The type of this study is descriptive research with nonprobability sampling and simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 samples of Business Administration’s students batch 2016. This research used variable such as: friends attending college, influence of parents, influence of friends, influence of other individuals, location, academic program, academic reputation, educational facilities, costs, available of financial aid, employment opportunities, advertising, HEI’s representative and visit campus.Based on analysis, it was found 5 new factors such as college’s image, college promotion, influence of parents, influence of friends and college’s location. College’s image factor has the biggest variances value such as 29,15% in forming choise decision of Telkom University Prodi S1 Business Administration as a private college.

The purpose of this research is to determine and to overview the influence factors of service quality to customer satisfaction and its implications for customer loyalty.
The object of research in this thesis is Green Café & Resto Bandung and the subject of this study is its customers which consists of 110 people.
And the method of this research is hypothesis testing with path analysis. These results indicate that the variable tangible, empathy and customer satisfaction are at fairly high category, variable responsiveness, reliability and customer loyalty at the high category and variable assurance is at the low category.
The influence factors of service quality on customer satisfaction are 79,7% and very high where the remaining 20,3% influenced by other factors. Total influence of tangible variables on customer satisfaction is 19%, empathy is 24.31%, responsiveness is 16,88%, reliability is 12,51% and assurance is 7,07%.
The implications of service quality to loyalty is 86,1% and very high where the remaining 13,9 % influenced by other factors.

In order to be competitive a company has to offer good value propotition to the consumers. It is also necessary for company to shape good image on consumers. Dunkin Donuts is one of food and beverages company that is succeed to attract consumers to buy its products using buy 6 get 6 market branding strategy. This research aimed to analyze the impact of promotion mix to the consumers decision for Dunkin Donuts products purchase partially. Quantitative approach was designed to answer the research question. Descriptive causal analysis was used as the method of this research with questionnaire given to Bandung people for data collection. For total 385 responden, nonprobability sampling method was chosen. Data analysis was quantified using simple linear regression method. The results showed that promotion mix has positive impact on consumers decision for dunkin donuts products purchase. It could be seen that t calculated is greater than t table (16,484>1,649) using statistical significance at 0.05. According to the determination coefficient (R2) calculation concluded that the impact value of promotion mix variable on consumers purchase decision was 41.5%. For 58.5% was influenced by other factors which was not included in this research.

The research objective was to show how the development of the growth of company size, profitability and debt to equity ratio of the timeliness of financial reporting. This study uses deskiptif research and verification. With data analysis techniques using parametric statistics. The population in this study amounted to 43 companies sector of food and beverages industry and textile industry sectors in the study period of 2006 to 2008. That was then acquired 15 companies in the sample using purposive sampling method of sample collection techniques with particular consideration.
The data used in this research is secondary data derived from the Corner Exchange ITB and www.idx.co.id official website that the company's financial statement data sectors of food and beverages industry and textile industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange. The results of multiple linear regression t test showed that the variables of profitability and debt to equity affect the timeliness of financial reporting, while the size of the company does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting. In the F test shows that together variables company size, profitability and debt to equity affect the timeliness of financial reporting.

Telkom is the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia that plays an important role in the development of the national telecommunications. In 2012, PT Telkom launched IndiHome (Indonesia Digital Home), that is is a multi product bundling packages of Telkom consisting landlines, internet and interactive television services (USee Tv). As the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, PT. Telkom should provides satisfaction through good quality services in accordance with expected by the customer.
The purpose of this study is to know how satisfied customers IndiHome Witel Bandung by comparing the level of customer expectations and IndiHome Witel Bandung’s performance levels based method SERVQUAL. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of IndiHome Witel Bandung that currently active subscription (existing). The results of data from questionnaires, processed by using Gap analysis to know the level of customer satisfaction, after that reprocessed by using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) or also called Kartesius Diagram analysis to know which attributes or dimensions that need to be a priority IndiHome Witel Bandung for improved performance levels and any attributes or dimensions that need to be retained by the company.
Based on the results of data processing, it is known customer’s appraisal on 21 of performance attributes and 21 of expectations attributes indicate that all the attributes or dimensions have a gap between customers' perception of indihome’s performance and customer expectations. As well as with the level of conformity obtained is still below 100%, ie 79.5%. It means that Indihome’s performance still has not filled customer expectations. Based on the Kartesius diagram on Important Performance Analysis (IPA), there are eight indicators and two dimensions, they are reliability dimensions and responsiveness dimensions that Indihome should be the focus to be immediately rectified their performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is a company engaged in the field of financial services. Methods of survey research with inferential testing techniques using path analysis. Sampling technique uses census to all employees. The results showed that there is a significant influence of transformation leadership and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Transformational leadership contributes 33.22%, while motivation contributes 28.95%, thus simultaneously the influence of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance of 62.18%. These results indicate that the influence of these three variables is significant, while the rest is determined by other variables not examined in this study.

Financial literacy has a long-term goal for all segments of society, which is to increase literacy someone who previously less literate or not literate become well literate and increase the number of users of products and financial services. Targets for the creation of a society that financial literate is a Housewife, SMEs, Professionals, Students, Student Employees and Pensioners. In 2016 the focus of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) targets are employees including professors. This study was conducted to determine the level of professor’s financial literacy at the Telkom University 2016 by using quantitative descriptive approach, with a proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that the level of professor’s financial literacy at the Telkom University in 2016 is still in the low category with a percentage value of 53,1%.

This study aims to determine the teachers’ professionalism through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in SAHARA elementary school. The study applies qualitative approach with descriptive. The subject of this research is SAHARA elementary school, consists of ten people selected by purposive sampling technique. The study collected the data by using observation and interview. The data is processed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusion. The result indicates that the principal discusses the policy which will be applied by school. Moreover, the principal evaluates the progress by checking the learning device, teachers’ attendance, students’ learning achievement and the Teacher Competency Test conducted in cluster. The undertaken efforts clearly show the impact on the graduation of the first year. All the students are graduated with satisfactory result. It proves that the school achievement gained through the students’ success, the teachers maximizes the time on the teaching and learning process, teachers use various learning media. There is students have an increase in learning outcomes. Therefore, the improvement in teacher professionalism is through the implementation of school-based management.

Alco is a small and medium businesses producing knit sweaters. Alco admitted about an increase in sales after endorsement to celebrity endorser. But, there is a decline in sales in the mid 2016 even Alco been using celebrity endorser. From the initial survey results that the researcher conducted to prove recognition of Alco, these survey results showed that respondents knew Alco online shop and make a purchase decision from celebrity endorser, word of mouth, and explore Instagram. Inside Instagram, in addition to celebrity endorser that can affect a person's buying decision contained in a photo caption in the social media Instagram. And from the caption can be said as a word of mouth expressed by consumers an online shop on Instagram. explore Instagram is a feature from Instagram Thus, this study uses independent variable celebrity endorser and word of mouth.This study was conducted to know the influence of celebrity endorser and word of mouth partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of sweater in an online shop Alco in social media Instagram.The type of research used is descriptive and causal research with the method used is quantitative. This study was involving 100 respondents of Alco consumers in social media Instagram. The sampling technique was using a non-probability sampling type of incidental sampling. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that simultaneously celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions. Partially celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions.

Train is the passenger and goods transport services which can carry large loads over long distances or at close range, train travel is not affected by the weather so many people are choosing this mode of transportation. One types of train that Railways Serayu, which is a train route Pasar Senen-Purwokerto. There is a problem on trains serayu relating to hotchpotch marketing services and satisfaction passengers.This study aims to to see how hotchpotch marketing services , satisfaction passengers and influence hotchpotch marketing services to satisfaction train passengers serayu simultaneously and partial . This research using quantitative methods. This type of research is descriptive and causal, with questionnaire collection methods. Based on descriptive analysis, service marketing mix on Serayu train have a percentage of 76,25%, it is in good category. Passenger satisfaction has a percentage of 75,47%, it show in the good category. The results of this research are the of marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment simultaneously significantly influence passenger satisfaction amounted to 84,8%, while the remaining 15,2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Variable product, price, place and promotion partially not significantly affect passenger satisfaction. Variables people, process, and partially physical environment significantly influence passenger satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Creative Behavior-Innovative Partially on Teacher Performance. This research was conducted in one of high school in Bandung with sample of 73 teachers through questionnaire, direct observation and interview technique. Variable Work Environment, Work Discipline and Creative Behavior - Innovative functions as independent variable (Independent), while the Performance Teacher variables serve as dependent variable (dependent). To test hypothesis is used path analysis and simple regression by determining level of significance 0,05 with program of SPSS version 20 and Microsoff Excel. Based on this research, the findings are as follows: Total Effect of Work Environment (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 10.2%, Total Effect of Work Discipline (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 17.1%, Total Influence Creative Behavior -Innovative to Teacher Performance (Y) of 61.6%, Total Influence of these three variables of 88.9%. From these results it can be concluded that the influence of Creative-Innovative Behavior in teaching has the greatest effect on Teacher Performance.

The aim of this study was to test the slippery slope model in the taxpayer compliance framework. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method by doing confirmatory factor analysis testing where the technique used in collecting data is done through questionnaires and sampling technique with nonprobability sampling counted 167 respondents. Based on the results obtained proved that the dimension of trust and dimension of power is the compulsory taxpayer form factor. The trust dimension can explain taxpayer compliance as big as the dimension of the power can explain to the extent that the overall dimension can account for 62,61% of taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of auditor independence on audit quality. The population in this study is the auditor who works on the KAP in Bandung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with 30 samples. Data analysis technique used is verificatif analysis technique. Result of hypothesis test in this research show that auditor independence have positive and significant effect to audit quality equal to 55,60% and the rest is 44,40% influenced by other factor. To improve the quality of audits, the auditor in performing their duties independently without getting pressure from clients or parties so as to produce a quality audit.

Production of PT. Dahana in 2011-2016 continues to increase, 3 main sectors such as services, Drilling & Blasting, Explosive Manufacturig continue to increase. In order to maintain its existence in the service industry and manufacturing explosives, PT. Dahana continues to make improvements on all lines of the company by applying Total Quality Management / integrated quality management. The implementation of quality management emphasizes the needs of service users both at home and abroad. The quality improvements applied to Total Quality Management focus on improving the quality of output, and reducing production costs but productivity and quality are increasing. Based on it is interesting to see the implementation of integrated management system that has been run by the management of PT. Dahana Subang in an effort to maintain its existence increase production in the range of 2011-2016. The method used in this research is qualitative. And the results obtained that the principles of integrated quality management is running well, in addition to the renewal of management system is done with the design of SIMADA (Quality Management System Dahana) for the quality of service and Manufacturing is maintained quality.

In managing the organization, there must be an appropriate strategy to regulate the workers to work as a team. The primary goal is achieving the optimum goal. Likewise, the existing organization at school must implement the proper strategies to produce the excellent teachers’ performance. The organizational culture and teachers’ competence influence their performance in an organization. This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This study examined a population of teachers in a high school in Bandung. The data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results reveal that there is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This finding indicates a conducive organizational culture and adequate pedagogical competence improve the teachers’ performance.

The study aims to identify factors contributing in customers’ dissatisfaction in using the internet banking and analyze bank's efforts in minimizing customer dissatisfaction. Data were collected by interview from 20 customer informants and 3 bank official informant in Indonesia within the scope of internet banking management duties. Data analysis was performed by using qualitative approach. Customer dissatisfaction using internet banking include difficulties in operating; unbalanced internet banking access; security concerns; lack of adequate resources; and incomplete internet banking features. There are two determinants of customer dissatisfaction in using internet banking including internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include customer knowledge, customer learning abilities, and resource capabilities. External factors include technology and service performance. The optimization of bank services to minimize customer dissatisfaction is directed to four factors: Customer Involvement; Business Intelligence; Infrastructure of Technology and Human Resources; Socialization and Education.

Nowadays, the communication equipment companies face the fierce competition. The company tries to be the market leader. Based on data obtained in the last five years, Samsung is the smartphone market leader that topped the ranks in any types of communication equipment. Now, technology is a tool that enables people to connect with one another easily. The population in this study is all consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The variables as brand image, brand trust, and product quality are used to explain the consumer preferences. The 100 people were used as samples based on the Green model. This study tries to find the impact of customer preferences that influence the buying interest. This study uses primary data by distributing the questionnaires to the consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The sampling technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research uses the quantitative method, and the analytical tool is the multiple regression analysis. SPSS is the software that supports this research. The results show that all research variables both simultaneously and partially affect buying interest.

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture and Performance of Employees in the Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Company Culture Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation and the Culture Company simultaneously on Employee Performance Private-owned Politechnic. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 121 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif.
From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of Competency (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 26.16%, the total effect of motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 32.40%, and the total effect of Work Culture (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 25.22%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 83.79%.

Organizing good governance depends on the readiness of the State apparatus, especially the civil servants. The presence of employees who can provide excellent services leads to this achievement. Besides, the situation can be obtained if the employees have the job satisfaction. When the employees have the high internal motivation and excellent ability in completing their tasks, the job satisfaction can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of internal motivation and competency on employee job satisfaction in one of the government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The samples were 71 people. The data analysis technique of this research is the path analysis approach. Partially and simultaneously, the intrinsic motivation and competency have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

It causes the companies to create the competitiveness that can be achieved in creative and innovative ways. One way to support the company profits is the consumer decisions which is caused by the satisfactory product quality and the interactive promotional efforts. This study attempts to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchase decisions of distro’s products in Bandung. The distro customers are the samples to prove the hypothesis. The research hypothesis has a significant effect. Thus, it can be said that excellent product quality and interactive promotion lead the consumers to buy distro’s products.

The lack of optimal Employee Performance at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Infrastructure is allegedly due to Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development which are still low. Departing from the above phenomena, the problems formulated in this study are as follows: How to work motivation, compensation, human resource development, and employee performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency's Facilities and Facilities. How significant is the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Employees of the National SAR Agency Infrastructure and Facilities Directorate both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive analysis method, with a population of 39 people, and all of them used as respondents (survey). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between research variables and path analysis to assess the effect of both direct and indirect independent variables on the dependent variable. In its operation, SPSS 20 and Excel software used. The results showed that there was a significant effect of work motivation, compensation and development of human resources on the performance of employees of the National SAR Agency's Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at 80.12%.

This study aims to determine and analyze the permanent lecturer job satisfaction of the University of X in the city of Bandung, permanent lecturer organizational commitment of the University of X in Bandung, a permanent lecturer at University X in Bandung, service quality at the University of X in Bandung. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on Permanent Organizational Citizenship Behavior of University X in Bandung, the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Quality of Service and the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the quality of University services X in the city of Bandung. This research conducted at the University of X in the city of Bandung. The population in this study were 64 Permanent Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bandung.Based on the purpose of the research to be carried out, the research method used is descriptive analysis to describe the nature of something and examine the causes of a particular phenomenon and answering questions concerning something at the time of the ongoing research process. The analysis used is path analysis and using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it appears that job satisfaction has a direct influence of 20.34%, the indirect effect of job satisfaction through organizational commitment is 12.43%, so the total effect of job satisfaction is 32.77%. Organizational commitment has a direct influence of 27.14%, the indirect effect of organizational commitment through job satisfaction is 12.43%, so the total influence of organizational commitment is 39.57%. The overall total effect is 72.34%. The effect of other factors not examined on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is indicated by the value = 0.2766 or 27.66% and the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on service quality is 75.3%, the effect of other factors not examined on service quality is indicated by the value = 0.247 or equal to 24.7%.

This research wants to determine the influence of earning per share (EPS) caused of stock prices at PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk., which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used data the development of earning per share and stock prices PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk . A method of the research uses simple linier regression test.The research results show that the coefficients determination obtained correlation value (R) from of 0,593 or 59.3 % which showed that dependent variable and independent variable having positive strong correlation , while value the coefficients determination ( adjused r2 out of 0,352 or 35.2 % . However statistical tests and the results of SPSS showed that from variable x (EPS) have tcount 0,777. This value is smaller than ttable 2.616. This showed variable EPS statistically have significant impact on the price of shares in PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Rich Media Advertising dimension to purchasing decisions. The population in this study were service users who had purchased packages in the past three years. This study involved 100 service users as research subjects taken randomly. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines. Both instruments validated before being applied to the study sample. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using Path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a Significant Effect of Streaming Audio on purchasing decisions. (2) There is a Significant Effect of Streaming Video on purchasing decisions. (3) There is a Significant Effect of the Applets That Allow User Interaction on purchasing decisions. (4) There is a Significant Effect of Special Effect that has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on these findings it can be concluded that Rich Media Advertising has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a percentage of influence of 51.4%.

As an agricultural country Indonesia has a lot of natural potential that can be used as export base, for example is cocoa. Unfortunately, most of the cocoa products are still exported in raw form. Even if,, Indonesia also imports cocoa in the form of seeds or in processed form. As a result, there are muchlost value added of cocoa. The lost value added of cocoa is measured by the difference between processed cocoa and raw cocoa exports. The loss of added value can actually become Indonesia's revenue potential. The purpose of this research is to lose the added value of Indonesian cocoa products during the period 2009-2018. In addition, the lost value added of cocoa is also forecasted until the end of 2018. The technique used to forecast is by ARIMA method. It estimates that lost value added of cocoa every month until December 2018. The increase in lost valueadded will give benefit for Indonesianif they can undertake theirs own processing of cocoa products and publishing them to the international market in the form of processed product. Therefore, it is necessary to start to develop alternatives such as the development of production-based agro-industries, especially on the concept of cocoa, and the application of One Village One Product (OVOP) concept in order to increase cocoa productivity and minimize domestic competition.

The problem that becomes the study of this research is about employee promotion decisions. The core of the study focused on the factors that influence employee promotion decisions. One of these factors is communication, namely formal communication. Based on this, the main problem revealed in this study is there any influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions.The research method used is the descriptive method, with questionnaire data collection techniques on a scale of five Likert categories, to 54 employees who have experienced appointment at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test.Based on the calculations obtained by the results of alternative hypotheses stating "There is the Effect of Formal Communication (X) on Employee Promotion Decision Making (Y) in the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province." While the magnitude of the influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions is equal to 15.60%, the remaining 84.4% influenced by other factors

This paper is to analyzes the factors that influencing the intention and behavior of charity of Muslim society in Indonesia. What elements are the most powerful contributors in charitable intentions and does the current Muslim community in Indonesia have an addiction to charity?Theory of Planned Behavior is used to examine intention and behavior in charity. This research uses descriptive research approach to explain the profile of the respondents, their behavioral tendency incharity. This research is also trying to find out what factors affect the individual in charity so thatthis behavior becomes an addicted thing.The statistical method used in analyzing the data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assisted of LISREL (Linear Structural Relation) program version 9.30.The results of the study found that the most influential factor on the intention of charity of Muslim society in Indonesia is Perceived Behavioral Control.Also illustrated that the Muslim community in Indonesia has not reached the level of "addiction" in charity. The dominant frequency of charity is 73% as much as 1 - 5 times in a month, while thehypothesis of addiction is the frequency of giving alms more than 5 times within a month.

This study aims to navigate the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline mediated by continuance commitment. Proving the research hypothesis uses a non-parametric approach. The data used are the results of a questionnaire given to employees at one of the Private Banks in the city of Bandung with a sample of 54 employees. The survey was conducted directly by visiting one of the Bank's offices in Badung City and randomly selected respondents who were willing to fill in the research questionnaire. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of job satisfaction on work discipline mediated by continuance commitment. The implications of the results of the study indicate that with a feeling of satisfaction with the work done will be able to improve the discipline of work that can be driven by continuance commitment owned by employees.

The aim of this study is finding and analyzing the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses the descriptive analysis and verification analysis with 35 respondents. In addition, this study uses path analysis. The result shows that motivation is adequate, the result of work discipline is acceptable, and employee performance is decent. The direct and indirect effect of motivation on performance is 0,369. The direct and indirect effect of work discipline on performance is 0,362. The entire effect is 0,731. Coefficient determination is 73.1% and the rest is 26.9% from the other variables that have effect on employee performance but they were not analyzed on this study.

Quality of work-life was a perspective which highlights the importance of balancing employees’ productivity and experience in the workplace to support organizational’s goals achievement. Pre-assessment survey at PT. X indicated competency development dimension as organization’s focus to improve employee quality of work-life. Employee competency development in quality of work-life context could be achieved by implementing performance management system which considering work result and work behavior (competency). Aim of this research was to evaluate PT. X’s performance management system, and designing performance management system procedures which aligned with quality of work-life context. This research used research and development phase one approach. Assessment result indicated that PT. X requires development on work procedures in order to implement competency based performance management system. Researcher then design 11 performance management system procedures related to competency aspect. Expert judgement result on those procedures indicated that procedures design were appropriate and ready to be implemented.

Project Performance
The low performance in carrying out projects at PT Maratama Cipta Mandiri led to a decrease in project revenue, it can be proven that in practice there are still ineffective and efficient project implementation in the management system, audit results, and project costs. Referring to this, this study aims to determine the impact of internal control, internal audit, and the efficiency of project costs on project performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, and descriptive verification research type. The data source used is primary data as a result of 88 questionnaires distributed to employees. The results of the study based on the partially proposed hypothesis shows that internal control has a significant positive effect on project performance, internal audit has no significant negative effect on project performance, the project load efficiency does not have a significant positive effect on project performance, and simultaneously internal control, internal audit, and project cost efficiency have a significant positive effect on project performance. Other results found that there are variables that have the greatest influence on project performance is internal control, with the accounting system dimensions of the accounting system design indicators. From the results of this study it is expected that the company can improve the internal control system so that it can improve the performance of the project at PT Maratama Cipta Mandiri.

The study was conducted in STMIK Mardira Indonesia. The results of preliminary studies indicate that student satisfaction in STMIK Mardira Indonesia not optimal. Not optimal for student satisfactions were allegedly caused by factors of service quality include: Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance given. According to phenomenon, the problem is formulated in this study as follows: What factors of service quality and student satisfaction STMIK Mardira Indonesia. How the Influence factors of service quality on student satisfaction STMIK Mardira Indonesian either partially or simultaneously. Research method used is descriptive analysis, with a total population of 462 people, and is based on probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique by 5% of precision, then taken into a sample of 215 people. The data analysis technique done by the analysis of the path (Path Analisys) to determine the degree of the relationship between research variables, as well as to determine the effect, either directly or indirectly on the variables. In its operation using SPSS 17 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the influence of the quality of service simultaneously at 59.4% and residual of 40.06 have been affected by other factors that are not revealed in this study. The direct effect of Physical Evidence 1.66%, Empathy 0.37%, 2.34% Reliability, Responsiveness 10.18% and Assurance 5.24%. while the total effect of Physical Evidence 7.5%, Empathy 3.5%, 10.2% Reliability, Responsiveness 22.7% and Assurance 15.5%

Academic information system is very dependent on the components in generating information systems that fit their needs. The gap that occurs in the use of academic information system on the behavior of users of information systems will result in optimal intention to use by the user. Hence the need for in-depth measurement of academic information system that has been running against the attitude of academic information system users to improve the behavior of users of information systems is the goal of this study. Exploratory research methods using the number of respondents as many as 124 students. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the influence of academic information system on the attitudes of users by 0.57 or 57% and influence the attitude of academic information system users to conduct on the intention to use of academic information systems at 0.50 or 50%.

Corporate social responsibility scheme is a private sector activity as a form of social responsibility to the community and the surrounding environment. In this case, the form of the government's role continues to be developed to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility so that it aligns with the regional development agenda without too much intervention to the internal problems of the company. Corporate social responsibility scheme is expected as an alternative to the provision of infrastructure that have hampered its development as a result of the limited availability of funds . Infrastructure development should be able to be done in detail by combining multiple patterns of development financing given any financing scheme has disadvantages of each, by combining several financing scheme is expected to reduce the slowdown in construction due to constrained financing.

Effective leadership is a determining factor in the success of businesses, especially SMEs. By doing effective leadership will result in optimal performance for SME. the center of clothing in Bandung is one of the leading sectors of the local government of Bandung which is expected to provide economic impact for the community and the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors that affect leadership based on a relationship oriented and task oriented towards performance Sentra business communities in the center of clothing Bandung. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents as many as 54 SMEs with data collection data collection technique purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where relationship oriented and task oriented significant effect on the performance of SMEs in the center of clothing.

The research objective was to determine the function of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. Descriptive research methods of verification with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Total respondents 127 employees denagan stratifield random sampling technique. The results showed there is a significant influence between the functions of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. As for competence has a direct effect of 20.6 %, the function of leadership has a direct effect of 17.2 % and direct influence of organizational culture by 4.4 %. Total overall effect is 72.6 % whereas the effects of other factors were not examined on the performance of 27.4 %.

Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan is one tourist attraction (DTW) art which is located in Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang. Number of tourists visiting Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan from year to year has increased, but did not meet the expected targets visit the manager. Building a strong Brand Positioning able to provide a reference for tourists in choosing DTW to be addressed which can then influence the decision of tourists to visit a DTW. Therefore Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan trying to build a strategy Brand Positioning Fun, Art and Education in order to position itself as DTW which offers attractions and tourist activity-laden art education but still fun for tourists. This study aims to find out about how much influence the Brand Positioning Fun, Art and Education against the decision of visiting tourists in Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan. In this study, the independent variable (X) is the Brand Positioning and the dependent variable was the decision to visit, with a sample of 100 respondents, data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews, documentary studies and literature studies, while data analysis techniques using simple regression. The results showed that the influence strategy Brand Positioning Fun, Art and Education on the decision been run Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan have a strong influence, which amounted to 83%. This shows that when Brand Positioning Fun, Art and Education implemented properly, then the decision to tourists visiting Bale Seni Barli-Kota Baru Parahyangan will increase.

The purpose of this study to determine how the product, price, distribution, promotion, purchasing decisions, and customer satisfaction and how much influence the product, the price, the distribution, and promotions on consumer purchasing decisions and how much the influence purchasing decisions to satisfaction. This research is a census, the number of objects in a population of 48. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data analysis technique used is the technique of correlation analysis and path analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while the technique of path analysis to determine how much influence the independent variables on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze the data of this study was SPSS version 19.0. The results showed that the variable conditions of the product, price, distribution, promotion and purchasing decisions included in both categories, while customer satisfaction variables included in the category quite well. The final result showed the product, the price, the distribution, and promotion of the variable purchase decisions by 25.95%, 21.37%, 19.02% and 18.36%. Simultaneous effect of products, pricing, distribution, and promotion of the purchase decision variable is 84.70%. While variables influence the purchase decision of the customer satisfaction is at 87.60%.

The purpose of this study to determine the relationship and influence of Marketing and Public Relations on customer loyalty JNE Bandung branch. The method used is quantitative research methods. The model study was conducted by the method of explanation or correlation method. The number of respondents 45 people with random sampling techniques. The coefficient of determination of the role of marketing public relations to customer loyalty 56.55% showed marked positive correlation coefficients that describe the direction of positive effects as well, by the better Marketing Public Relations (X) is carried out, then the effect on customer loyalty (Y) which formed. The coefficient of determination of the role of marketing public relations to customer loyalty is equal to 0.5655. The value of 56.55% indicates that customer loyalty is influenced by the role of Marketing and Public Relations, while the remaining 43.45% is determined by other factors outside of the study.

Upgrading of skills as well as knowledge to make a new generation of high quality to be able to pursue and develop science and technology are regarded as a catalyst of economic progress that will improve people's welfare. Therefore, the college has an ethical responsibility to the quality of its graduates as work ability, creativity, community recognition as an absorber of human resources towards credibility. Private universities are faced with tight competition and should do anticipate to explore and improve all aspects of service that are owned, including in terms of academic services. Academic services can be interpreted as an attempt by the college to provide facilities to meet the needs of students in matters related to academic activities. This study aims to find out, observe, assess and analyze whether there are significant differences anatara academic services students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University General Achmad Yani. In this study took a sample of 149 students of the Faculty of Economics and 143 students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Unjani.The method of analysis used to answer the hypothesis is to use parametric statistics that comparative analysis with t test (t-test). The results of his research is the average score of students of the Faculty of Economics Unjani to attribute academic services at 73.7% (relatively high) compared to the average score of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the attributes of academic services amounted to 72.6% (high enough). The difference score of 1.2% illustrate the difference. Results of calculation with the formula t-test separated sample variance relation is independent (uncorrelated) and the second variant sample is not homogeneous, known F count larger than F table (1.3> 1,271). Based on calculations by comparing t arithmetic with t table known that t t table amounted to -1.79 -0.7047 with a standard error of 7.5% (0.075), thus there are significant differences on the attributes of academic services between the students of the Faculty of Economics with the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political University General Achmad Yani.

The research objective is to be achieved (1) To know how transformational leadership, motivation and organizational culture, and (2) To in identifying the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational culture on performance. The study populations were employees of BMT TAMZIS KJKS BANDUNG. Analysis of data using Path Analysis. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the transformational leadership, motivation, organizational culture significantly influence performance KJKS Employees BMT TAMZIS Bandung. The most dominant influence is the influence of organizational culture, while the lowest was transformational leadership. All the variables simultaneously affect the performance of the Employee KJKS BMT TAMZIS Bandung where the influence simultaneously by 78% while the rest influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus the company in this case KJKS BMT TAMZIS Bandung need to increase the role of a strong organizational culture so as to improve the performance of employees.

The research objective is to be achieved (1) To know how the placement of employees and job satisfaction in a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima (2) To determine the effect of the placement of employees on the level of job satisfaction in a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima. The study populations were employees at a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima and the sample is taken as many as 83 employees by the simple technique of sampling with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the placement of employees at PT Asia Prima Yuniko already well underway. Employees of the company were placed in accordance with academic achievement as well as its experience, and in accordance with the physical and mental health. Also according to the employees, the company delivers wages in accordance with the number of dependents received, and promotion according to the marital status of an employee owned. Employee satisfaction gets a positive response from employees. It can be seen that the needs of the wages, the work itself, promotion, co-workers and supervisors and supervisor monitoring can fulfill the wishes of employees. Influence simultaneously, variable placement of employees has a significant influence with employee job satisfaction, and the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the variable placement of employees by 69% has an influence on the formation of employee satisfaction. However partially, variable marital status and age did not have influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT Yuniko Asia Prima.

This research aims: To find the influence of Motivation, Communication, and Competence on Performance Effectiveness in environmental Apparatus of the West Java Invesment and Promotion Coordination Board; To find the amount of impact on the Effectiveness of the West Java Invesment and Promotion Coordination Board.
The research was conducted in an environment of the West Java Invesment and Promotion Coordination Board by taking a sample of 75 people (PNS) Apparatus. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis using path analysis (path analysis). And operation of its calculations using the program SPSS17.
The results of this study are as follows: the total effect of motivation on the effectiveness of the apparatus of 48.26%; Influence total communication on the effectiveness of the apparatus of 28.62%; Effect of total competence of the effectiveness of the apparatus of 17.93%; The total effect of these three variables at 89.36%; influence the effectiveness of the apparatus of the effectiveness of the organization at 89.90.04%.
The conclusion of this research is proven to have significant influence between motivation, communication and competence of the effectiveness of the apparatus. And there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the West Java Invesment and Promotion Coordination Board.

The aim of study are to get a description and to determine the influence of leadership role, organization culture and motivation on employee work performance of PD Jawi.
Tourism and service district company, West Java Province have developed following economic development. The company have a vision”To be one of economic pilar to support net district income through providing service and tourism business”. The company have to be able to anticipate the environment changing for surviving in high competitive condition of service and tourism business. Based on this situation, the role of human resources is very important especially for the company to increase work performance of their employees, for creating profitable company to contribute to net district income of West Java Province.
The method of this study are descriptive analysis and data verification through conducted sampling at this company. The correspondent to this study are an employees at head and branch office of PD Jawi.
The results showed that role of leadership, work performance, and work motivation level are a good category. The effect of leadership to employee work performance was significantly strong, account for 22.19%. The effect of organization culture and motivation partially affect significantly account for 18,34% and 30,13%, respectively. Over all, the effect of leadership role, organization culture and motivation on work performance of employee affect simultaneously and significantly account for 70,67%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, competence and Compensation Employee Performance Against the Department of Agriculture of West Java Province ".
The research was done by taking the entire population of Employees in Department of Agriculture of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive method of analysis, the number of respondents 80 employees (population). Analysis of the results of this study using path analysis. The results of the research are: Overview of leadership, reaching an average score of 4.53. The average score in accordance with the table interpretation criteria including the excellent category. Competence picture that achieved an average score of 4.50. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria including the excellent category. Overview Compensation which achieved an average score of 4.13 The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria including the excellent category. Picture of employee performance, reaching an average of 4.59. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria including the excellent category.
The influence of leadership on employee performance, ie the direct effect of 15.20%. Indirect effect through the Competence of 10.60%, and through compensation of 3.30%. Thus the effect totaled 29.10% .. Influence of Competence on employee performance, ie the direct effect of 23.00%. Indirect effect through the leadership of 10.60%, and through compensation of 6.00%. Thus the effect of a total of 39.60%. Compensation Effect on employee performance, ie the direct effect of 7,20%. Indirect influence through leadership by 3.30% and amounted to 6.00% through competence. Thus the effect of a total of 16.50%.
The influence of leadership, competence, and compensation to employee performance employee at Department of Agriculture of West Java Province, simultaneously at 85.20%. It shows that there is a significant effect.

Perum DAMRI Bandung is one of the state-owned company engaged in the field of services. Income on Perum DAMRI Bandung is cash receipts derived from the sale of the company's activities in serving the public services in the field of public transport, especially in the provision of City Bus Transport Unit (UABK) Bandung, AKDP (Transportation City and Province), and bus transportation Government Assistance serves other similar buses.
The intent of this study is to obtain an overall picture of the magnitude of the effect of the accounting information system of internal control of cash receipts for income.
Authors in conducting this research using descriptive analysis method with field research data collection procedures (field research) that aims to obtain a clear picture of the research. Where the data collection was conducted through interviews, observation or field. Through research on the author, the obtained results, among others: the results of calculations between independent variables, namely cash receipts accounting information system and the dependent variable is the internal control of income has a strong relationship, as can be seen from the calculation of the correlation coefficient has a value of r = 0.911 and cash receipts accounting information systems applied Perum DAMRI Bandung contributed 87% to the revenue of internal control.

This study aims to: 1). to seek the influence of competence, Compensation for Job Satisfaction in the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi; 2). to determine the influence of job satisfaction on performance within the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi.The research was conducted in the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi by sampling 158 paramedics. The method used is the descriptive analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis). And operation of calculations using SPSS Ver. 17.The results of this study are as follows: Effect on Performance Competence Paramedic total of 38.87%; Effect of total compensation to performance of 33.27% Paramedic; Effect of total competence and compensation on Job Satisfaction of 72.14%; Job Satisfaction and Influence total of 75.55% of the performance.The conclusion of this study is proven there is a significant effect of Competence, and Compensation for Job Satisfaction and Performance implications for paramedics in Hospital Cibabat Cimahi.

This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) in Bandung. The results of preliminary studies indicate that the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Hospital Bandung is not optimal. Not optimal performance Civil Servants (PNS), presumably because the compensation is not timely and still not meet the expectations of employees, is still a relatively low employee motivation and job satisfaction of employees is low.
Departing from the above phenomena problem formulated in this study as follows: How compensation, how the work motivation, job satisfaction and how how employee performance. How much influence compensation, employee motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bandung either individually or simultaneously.
The method used is the descriptive and verification method, the number of respondents 183 people. The data analysis technique used is the correlation technique to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and path analysis techniques to determine the effect, directly or indirectly, the independent variable on the dependent variable. In the operationalization used SPSS 17.0. and 8:30 LISREL program.
The results showed that compensation is in the category is not appropriate, work motivation is at a low category, job satisfaction is at a low category and performance are the unfavorable category.
The direct effect of compensation on the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Environment Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bandung at 15.26%, the indirect influence through the motivation of 7.04% and an indirect effect through the satisfaction of 5.26%, so that the total effect of 27.56%. Direct influence on the performance of work motivation of 9.12%, the indirect effect through compensation of 7.04% and an indirect effect through job satisfaction of 3.00%, so that the total effect of 19.16%. The direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance of 13.31% and an indirect effect through compensation of 5.26% and an indirect effect through the work motivation of 3.00%, so that the total effect of 21.57%.

This study aims to: 1). to know Competence, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Performance in SDN Baros Mandiri 5 Cimahi 2). to seek the influence of Competence, Work Environment on Job Satisfaction in SDN Baros Mandiri 5 Cimahi; 3). to determine the influence of job satisfaction on the performance SDN Baros Mandiri 5 Cimahi.
The research was conducted in SDN Baros Mandiri 5 Cimahi by taking the entire population as a total sample of 39 teachers. The method used is descriptive analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis). And operation of calculations using SPSS Ver. 17.
The results of this study are as follows: 1). Competence picture that achieved an average score of 3,636. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria, including good category: 2). Work Environment Overview of achieving an average score of 3,264. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria, including both categories; 3). Overview Job Satisfaction of achieving an average score of 3.651. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria, including the category quite well; 4). Performance Overview of achieving an average score of 4,028. The average score is consistent with the interpretation criteria, including good category: 5). The net effect of Competence on Job Satisfaction of 35.10%; 6). The net effect of the Working Environment Job Satisfaction of 26.20% 7). Effect of total Competence and Working Environment on Job Satisfaction of 61.30%; and 8). The total effect of job satisfaction on the performance of 72.20%.
The conclusion of this study is proven there is a significant relationship between competence, of the environmental Work and Job Satisfaction on teacher performance in SDN Baros Mandiri 5 Cimahi

The aim of this study were 1) to determine the compensation received by employees of the Department of Education Cimahi, 2) to determine the discipline of work, 3) to determine the employee's career development, 4) to determine the influence of compensation, work discipline, and career development to performance, 5) to determine the influence of compensation to the employee, 6) to determine the influence of labor discipline to employee performance, 7) to determine the influence of career development to employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi. This research was conducted in the Department of Revenue Cimahi by taking a sample of 55 people who come from the staff of the Department of Revenue Cimahi.
The results obtained answers that compensation Revenue Service Cimahi pretty good category, regarding career development in general, respondents expressed in the category quite well, while the employee is disciplined in either category, and employee performance Cimahi Revenue Service in the good category. In this study the results in partial compensation, career development and work discipline each had an impact on employee performance by 0.411; 0.216; 0.054. Simultaneously variable compensation, career development and work discipline influence on employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi of 0.685 or 68.5%, while the balance of 0.315 or 31.5% is determined by other variables not examined.

This study aimed to examine the effect of variable X, namely Accounting Information Systems Inventory and Y is the Internal Control inventory CV. Tri Multi Manunggal. Based on the research result shows that the accounting information system inventory (X) is categorized either by value 3.79. Internal Control Inventory (Y) is also said to be good with a value of 3.81.
Effect of Accounting Information Systems for Internal Control Inventory, Inventory based research methods, namely, 1) correlation, based on calculations between variables X and Y has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.870. 2) Regression, based on the data through a simple regression of Y = 3.442 + unknown 0,918X which means each an increase of Accounting Information Systems inventory of 3.442 causes an increase in the internal control of.918. 3) The coefficient of determination, based on the coefficient of Accounting Information Systems Inventory role in Internal Control Inventory amounted to 75.70%, while the remaining 24.30 due to the influence of others.At the end of the authors expressed conclusions and suggestions to the company as an input. Although Accounting Information Systems inventory done already running well, the system should be implemented always follow the conditions that occur at any time and prepared as directed. Internal Control inventory done already good and sufficient, therefore must be maintained and enhanced in order to generate internal control inventory better and more efficient.

In this study, researchers wanted to test the theory whether there is an influence of management control in controlling the purchase volume of the level of damage to food. The population of this research is the management of Elcavana Hotel Bandung in the accounting department and the kitchen department. Procurement of the ingredients for a certain period can not be predicted accurately. In other words, the ingredients ordered by the relevant department are not in accordance with the realization of the use of each day because there are some menus that do not sell well (slowmoving). The controlling of prices and quality of ingredients is carried out with the main objective to avoid the swelling of production costs due to food ingredients that are not in accordance with standards and to set the selling price of food. After being tested using simple linear regression, the results are as previously thought. The controlling of the volume of food purchases greatly affects the level of damage to food ingredients at Elcavana Hotel Bandung. So, the stronger the management control in the purchase volume, the lower the level of food damage.

This study intends to determine the magnitude of the influence of regional financial statement accountability, local government financial performance, and local government's size on local governments' corruption in the Province of Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Regional Government Financial Statements for 2011 to 2015 and the amount of corruption reported by the KPK from 2011 to 2015. Using panel data to analyze research data to obtain the best model is the Random Effect. The results showed that the accountability of local government financial reports, local government financial performance, and local government size simultaneously had a significant effect on corruption.

The research carried with the phenomenon of not optimal construction implementation indicates a lack of work commitment of construction sector employees. From the problem of work commitment, this study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment and normative commitment to employees in the construction sector in Bandung. The research method used is quantitative research methods with regression analysis techniques. Respondents who use as a sample were 139 employees from 301 Construction Business Entities in Bandung City. The results showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on affective commitment and normative commitment of construction employees. The results indicated that a healthy organizational culture would increase the affective and normative commitment of construction employees. Efforts that must improve the organizational culture on employee commitment, it is hoped that the service company will further enhance the organizational culture, especially for the aspect. There is harmonious cooperation among employees.

This study aimed to determine the effect of direct compensation and work motivation on employee performance—this study conduct by taking a sample of employees at one of the government offices in Bandung Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a total of 50 respondents using path analysis techniques. As for his research results, there is a significant effect of direct compensation and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Direct compensation and work motivation together affect employee performance by 64.04%. The proportionate amount of influence caused by other variables other than direct compensation and work motivation is 35.98%. The study results recommend that direct compensation and efforts to increase work motivation should always increase performance according to what has been determined.

THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT ON JOB SATISFACTION: Study at the Government Agencies in West Bandung Regency

This research was conducted to determine the effect of professional competence and affective commitment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at one of the official offices in West Bandung Regency, where the method used was descriptive and verification methods, with 71 respondents. The data analysis technique used was the path analysis technique to determine the effect of both direct and indirect independent variables. Based on the results of the study shows that professional competence is in the relatively good category. Affective commitment is in the good enough category. Moreover, employee job satisfaction is in the reasonably good category. Based on statistical data processing, it appears that the total professional competence variable has an effect of 24.7%. The total effect of the affective commitment variable is 40.1%. The variables of professional competence and affective commitment to job satisfaction were 64.8%. Meanwhile, other factors that were not studied and contributed to job satisfaction shown by the value of Py? = 0, 35.2, or 35.2%. Professional competence and affective commitment affect job satisfaction. This result shows that the higher the professional competence of employees and the increase in employee affective commitment, the higher the employee job satisfaction. Other variables affect employee satisfaction, such as motivation, compensation, organizational culture, and other factors not included in this study.

The trend regarding Sustainability Reporting in Indonesia is experiencing positive developments. Conclusion can be drawn that companies already have an awareness that the company's survival depends on the company's relationship with the environment, this is following the legitimacy theory which states that the company has a contract with the community to carry out its activities based on the values of justice and how the company responds to various interest groups to legitimize company actions. Therefore, in this research, the researchers wanted to examine which of the more effective influences triggers in the development of an upward trend in Sustainability Reporting, from several samples taken by researchers it has been obtained data that represents financial performance and company size, after being processed using logistic regression, obtained data that states that the size of the company is the most powerful influence in disclosing the sustainability report.

Fraud in accounting reporting is one of the factors that need to consider in presenting quality financial reports. Based on the existing phenomena, this study investigates accounting fraud that is suspected to be influenced by Good Corporate Governance (GCG), compliance with accounting rules to present financial reports and information asymmetry, and internal control. Testing the hypotheses secondary data from BUMN listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange is used to test the allegations. Testing the hypothesis proposed using a quantitative approach with a sample of 20 BUMNs listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. The calculation results show that all the proposed hypotheses are empirically proven. This condition indicates that accounting fraud to be influenced by Good Corporate Governance (GCG), adherence to accounting rules for the presentation of financial statements and information asymmetry, and internal control.

The United States as a developed country in industry and economy certainly has innovative and sustainable intellectual property. However, if Intellectual Property Rights are misused by other people or other countries with the appearance of many imitations based on the same ideas or goods as owned by the United States, it will cause harm to the United States itself. For this reason, the United States during the administration of Donald J. Trump viewed the protection of Intellectual Property Rights as a very important matters. The efforts of the United States itself in protecting it are also considered to be very serious, where the United States through its main institution called the Office of the US Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator (IPEC) as well as several other institutions that help, are working hard each year to promote and protect the Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by the United States both bilaterally, multilaterally and regionally. In this case, the United States of America is also firm in upholding the law on Intellectual Property Rights and does not hesitate if there are countries that violate their Intellectual Property Rights by providing various economic sanctions.

This study aims to determine how corporate governance and environmental responsibility affect firm value and examine the correlation between corporate governance, environmental responsibility, and corporate value in Indonesia's country. This study's population are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the 2016-2018 observation period. The statistical test used is the classical assumption test to test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis tests. The environmental responsibility data index obtains by analyzing the contents of the company's 2016-2018 annual report. The result of this research is that corporate governance affects environmental responsibility. This research contributes to the literature on social responsibility in developing countries, especially Indonesia, because in the era of globalization, Indonesia has begun to attract investment opportunities that will affect the environment in the long term.

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the use of the electronic procurement system (SPSE) in one of the state defense institutions in the West Java region. In this study, the samples were members of the state defense agency in the resource section. The sampling technique in this study used Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was to use Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. It is collecting data using interview and documentation techniques with the analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique. This study indicates that the use of the Electronic Procurement System in a state defense institution in the West Java region is still not optimal, including due to inadequate human resource factors so that in its implementation, this SPSE does not use optimally. The lack of knowledge of human resources makes optimization from SPSE this is weak.

The purpose of this study was to: (1) to find the motivation to work STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (2) to determine the organizations culture STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (3) to determine the compensation STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (4) to determine the performance of tenured faculty in STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (5) to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (6) to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (7) to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of tenured faculty The College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (8) to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and compensation jointly on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung In this study took a sample of 56 permanent lecturers.
The results of the research are: Work Motivation Lecturer in Bandung categorized Husada STIKes Dharma well. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 4.16. Organizational Culture on STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung is in either category. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 3.70. Compensation for lecturer in Bandung Husada STIKes Dharma is the good category. It is seen from the achievement scores of 4.00. Lecturer performance level STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung categorized either. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 4.02.
Influence on the Performance of Work Motivation lecturer at Dharma STIKes Husada Bandung, directly is by 0133, through Organizational Culture for 0012, through the Compensation for 0099. So the total effect by 0244 or by 24.4%. Influence of Organizational Culture on Performance STIKes lecturer at Bandung Husada Dharma, directly by 0034, over 0,031 Compensation, through Work Motivation of 0,012. So the total effect of 0.077 or 7.7%. Effect of Compensation to Performance STIKes Dharma Lecturer at Husada Bandung, directly by 0290, through Organizational Culture 0031, through the work motivation of 0099. So the effect of a total of 0420 or by 42%. Simultaneously influence Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Performance Compensation for STIKes Dharma Lecturer at Husada Bandung is the strong category which is equal to 0.741 or 74%, This shows that significant influence.

The results of preliminary studies had findings that employee performance is not optimal. Of the many factors causing encountered, allegedly the most dominant in terms of employability, work motivation and discipline are still low. Therefore, the problem is formulated covering; how the work ability, motivation, and discipline. How big is the direct and indirect influence of work ability, motivation, and discipline to employee performance Inspectorate Belitung.
While research method used is descriptive method of analysis, conducted on all employees, ie all members of the population has an equal opportunity to study and overall with a total of 46 employees serve as the respondents (survey). The data analysis technique used is the technique of correlation analysis is to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and Technical Analysis Path. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between work ability, motivation and discipline work individually or jointly on the performance of employees.
Conclusions from the study indicate that the ability to work, work motivation, and discipline prevailing at this time significantly influence employee performance by 77.30% while the remaining 22.70% influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the research results presented some suggestions include: The need for efforts to improve the ability of employees working in accordance with the duties of the employee Inspectorate Belitung province, either through formal education as well as education and training organized by the Government of Belitung; Need to be increased their encouragement, given the opportunity and the award commensurate not only shaped material, for employees in the execution of his job duties; Needs to be improved and applied strict rules to provide certain sanctions to employees who lack discipline; Need mengopltimalkan employee performance, to push employees to be able to fulfill his job through the quantity, quality and time of completion of the work which has been determined leadership and to all employees of the Inspectorate Belitung province, continue to optimize the required work ability, motivation, and discipline to employee performance , in order to achieve organizational goals with good and services to the public will soon feel the benefits.

This research was conducted in the District Batujajar. The results of preliminary studies indicate that the performance of the sub-district officials have not met the expectations. Not optimal performance of the sub-district officials, allegedly because of organizational culture, work discipline, and his motivation is still low.
Departing from the above phenomenon, the problem formulated in this study as follows: How oragnisasional culture, work discipline, motivation, and performance apparatus Batujajar District of Bandung regency. How much influence organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation to work on the performance of the apparatus Batujajar District of Bandung either partially or simultaneously.
The method used is descriptive method of analysis, with a total population of 43 people, all of them serve as respondent (census). The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and path analysis techniques to determine the effect, directly or indirectly, exogenous variables on endogenous variables. In the operationalization used SPSS 10 and Excel.
The results showed that the direct effect of organizational culture on the performance of the sub-district officials Batujajar of 0,066, the indirect effect through labor discipline of 0.007, the indirect effect through the work motivation of 0.056, so the total effect of 0, 129. The direct effect on the performance of work discipline is equal to 0.064 and indirect effect through organizational culture on the performance of 0,007, the indirect effect through motivation to work on the performance of 0.043, so that the total effect is equal to 0.114. Simultaneous influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation to work on the performance of the apparatus Batujajar District of Bandung amounted to 0.621, the remaining amount of 0.379 determined by other variables.
Based on the results, it can put forward some suggestions as follows: in the sub-district leader Batujajar districts should emphasize employment targets, concerned with improving employee skills, providing working facilities, Giving rewards for high achievers and sanctions for noncompliance; have a clear and unequivocal rules for the convenience of the employees, understand the various rules, obey and adhere to the regulations set out, follow up on the results of the evaluation produces a better solution, sanctions for violating any rules; increase the income of workers, improving the ability of the apparatus, looking for new ways better, reward commensurate with the burden of his duties and responsibilities.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of variable inflation rates, exchange rate of USD / IDR and SBI interest rate on JCI. Research hypothesis: 1.Variabel inflation rate (X1), affect the JCI, 2.Variabel exchange rate of USD / IDR (X2) effect on JCI, 3.Variabel SBI rate (X3) influence the JCI, 4.Variabel inflation (X1), the exchange rate of USD / IDR (X2) and SBI interest rate (X3), simultaneously affect the JCI. The data were analyzed secondary data, time series with the period April 2007 to March 2009. Data collection was obtained by downloading the http://www.idx.co.id/ site, to obtain monthly JCI, and http: // www.bi.go.id/web/id/, to obtain data on inflation, the data exchange rate of USD / IDR and SBI rate. Data processing is intended to measure the relationship of causality (cause-effect), the independent variable or the independent variable, the dependent variable or dependent variable. Appropriate analytical tools for this purpose is a multiple regression analysis. Media processing of data to test the hypothesis of this study using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Regression analysis, concluded that together (simultaneously), all three variables, namely the rate of inflation, exchange rate USD / IDR and rate of SBI rates significantly affect the JCI. In partial significance test variable inflation rate does not affect the JCI, while the variable exchange rate of USD / IDR and SBI interest rate showed significant results with a coefficient of 0.18 and 3.29. Recommendations that can be given is, the investor community should be more selective in choosing stocks that want to have. Macroeconomic variables should be examined carefully in conjunction with the JCI, primarily SBI interest rate, given the impact that a significant and dominant with coefficient of 3.29%.
The Government as Regulator, then monetary policy can be taken is to control inflation by targeting low inflation, stabilize the SBI interest rate and stabilize the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar, given the changes in these variables affect the JCI. Control variables SBI certainly should be preferred for the formulation of monetary policy, given the variables have a significant effect as well as dominant against JCI.

The achievement of operational targets is expected by each organization / company. Due to the achievement of the target, it can be judged that the performance of the company very well. Therefore, if it is not achieved it is necessary to study the factors that influence it. For then do repairs on these factors.
In the achievement of the target company, it takes a process associated with the target to be achieved. In order to achieve maximum results and effective it is necessary to an adequate internal control structure, which aims to regulate the operational steps the company to run an organized and effective.The study was conducted at PT. Lucas Djaja Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Bandung, is to know how the implementation of internal controls and how they affect the effectiveness of the production targets, in particular the production of injection of 1 (one) milliliter. This research used descriptive analysis with research techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study.
Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of internal control at PT. Lucas Djaja is sufficient, this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, which is related to the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, control activities, and monitoring. Meanwhile that of the effectiveness of the production target is still this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, ranging from productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, excellence, development, and satisfaction. And the obtained results of the research stating that the internal control effect on effectiveness production targets with determination coefficient of 56.01% and the remaining 43.99% influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted at the Department of Mines and Energy of West Java Province. The results of preliminary studies obtain findings that employee's performance has not met expectations. Of the many factors causing the observed, supposedly the most dominant influence is the low employee satisfaction are also thought to be caused by his ability and motivation are low. Therefore formulated the problem is: How can directly and indirectly influence the ability and motivation to job satisfaction of employees, as well as how to influence employee job satisfaction on the performance of the Department of Mines and Energy of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive method of analysis, with a total population of 109 employees serve as the respondent (census). The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and path analysis techniques to determine the effect, directly or indirectly, exogenous variables on endogenous variables. In the operationalization used the help of MSI and SPSS 10 software and Excel.
The results showed that the ability of employees to be in pretty good category, employee motivation is the best category, and employee satisfaction is in the good category, the performance of employees are in good category. The direct effect on the ability of employee satisfaction 0.063, indirect effect through motivational abilities to job satisfaction of 0.091, so the total effect of 0.154. ; The direct effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of 0.538, an indirect influence motivation to work through the ability to work on job satisfaction of 0.091, so the effect totaled 0,629; Influence the ability and motivation to job satisfaction is at .783 the rest of 0,217merupakan influence of other variables. Effect of job satisfaction on the performance is equal to 0, 699 the rest of 0.301 determined by other variables.

Organization is the most important asset that should be owned by companies or institutions and is considered by management is the human assets of the organization.Significance of human resources efforts empties from the fact that people (humans) is an element that is always present in every organization. They make the goal, holding innovation, and achieve organizational objectives.The theory is used as a reference by the author is presented by Stephen P Robbins (2006: 725). That, would Organizational Culture "Facilitate the emergence of commitment". This implies, if the organizational culture in the school is conducive, then the entire school community will be with full awareness, sincere and honest work for the benefit and success of the school.
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on work motivation and Teacher Compensation and the implications for teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, which is to get a picture of the actual conditions that exist in the research and proving hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: Cultural Organization, Compensation, Motivation and Performance Master.
From a sample of 74 people obtained results showed that the path analysis, path analysis results show that, in partial effect on Organizational Culture Work Motivation Teacher, at 9.18% and partially shows the compensation effect on work motivation of 19.18%; while simultaneously Cultural Organization and Compensation effect on work motivation Master, at 46.36%; While the results of simple regression analysis showed that the influence of Work Motivation Teacher to Teacher performance of 47.47%.
Based on the above it can be concluded, that the management of human resources need to pay attention Organizational Culture, Compensation and employee motivation because it will affect employee performance both directly and indirectly, will also affect the quality and productivity of the institution.

This study aimed to determine the effect of training and motivation of the employee competence Department of Transportation Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, which is to get a picture of the actual conditions that exist in the research and proving hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: motivation, training, competencies and work productivity.
From a sample of 66 people obtained the results of path analysis showed that, in partial work motivation affect the competence, of 22.85% and partially demonstrated effect on Work Competence Training of 22.47%; while simultaneously working motivation and affect the Work Competence Training, amounting to 85.28%; While the results of simple regression analysis showed that the influence of Employee Competence to Work Productivity by 87.90%.
Based on the above it can be concluded, that the management of human resources need to pay attention to motivation, training and competence of employees because it will affect employee productivity both directly and indirectly, will also affect the quality and productivity of the Institute.

The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the state of motivation, discipline, work environment and employee performance Cimahi City Health Department, 2) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment partially on employee performance, 3) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.
This research was conducted at the Department of Health Cimahi by taking the employee population of 90 people. The method used is descriptive method analytical census using path analysis (path analysis), and the operation of calculations using SPSS 17.The results of this study are as follows: 1) the state of motivation in Health Office Cimahi included in either category (3.5792), 2) the state of labor discipline exist in either category (3.6296), 3) the state of the work environment is in category either (3.5096), 4) state employee performance there in the good category (3.6333), 5) there is a significant effect of motivation (x_1) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2797, 6) significant influence labor discipline (X_2) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2024, 7), there is a significant effect of work environment (X_3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0 , 1810, 8), there is the influence of motivation (x_1), work discipline (X_2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously on employee performance (Y), namely the determination (R ^ 2) = 0.6631 or 66.31%.
The conclusion of this study is proven there is significant relationship between motivation, discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Health Cimahi.

The research objective is to achieve (1) How is financial control in Kupus II Ditkuad, (2) How to use the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad, and (3) How the financial control of the use of the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad.
The results showed that the financial controls in Finance Centre II Finance Directorate of the Army in both categories and the conditions of use of the budget in the Financial Center II Finance Directorate of the Army in the category of good anyway. The influence of the financial control of the conditions of use of the budget on the test 's simple determination of 64.5 % which means that the variable X affects Y by 64.5 % while the rest is influenced by other variables.

The research objective is to be achieved (1) To determine the relationship E-service quality, E-recovery service quality customer Airlines Air Asia and (2) To determine the effect of E-service quality, E-recovery service quality of the customer E-Satisfaction Customer Airlines Air Asia and its impact on customer E-Loyalty. The study population is customer Air Aviation Services Asia which are members of the backpacker community's and the study sample was taken as many as 349 people. This sample was taken by random sampling. Data processing technique using path analysis. The results showed that in fact the electronic-based services after the transaction should be further improved. Therefore it is proven that the electronic-based services in theory and research results proved able to satisfy customers who eventually become loyal customers, however there are still some elements of the service that should be improved by the company.

This study has two objectives, first to decompose and compare the energy intensity of coal and electricity in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. The second is to analyze what factors influence the energy intensity of the manufacturing industry sectors. The methods used in achieving these objectives are decomposition analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of the decomposition analysis show that the efficiency effect dominates changes in energy intensity than the activity effect. Furthermore, the results of panel data analysis show that the variables of energy prices, intensity of machine maintenance and repair, intensity of raw materials, and intensity of machines have a significant effect on changes in energy intensity in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia in the time span from 2007 to 2015.
Intensitas energi merupakan salah satu indikator yang dapat digunanakan dalam mengestimasi efisiensi energi. Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan yaitu pertama mendekomposisi dan membandingkan intensitas energi batubara dan listrik pada sektor industri manufaktur di Indonesia. Kedua yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi intensitas energi pada sektor industri manufaktur tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah analisis dekomposisi dan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil analisis dekomposisi menunjukkan bahwa efek efisiensi (efficiency effect) lebih mendominasi perubahan intensitas energi daripada efek aktivitas (activity effect). Selanjutnya, hasil analisis data panel menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga energi, intensitas perawatan dan perbaikan mesin, intensitas bahan baku, dan intensitas mesin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan intensitas energi pada sektor industri manufaktur di Indonesia dalam rentang waktu dari 2007 hingga 2015.

A pandemic due to the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak has caused many negative impacts, one of which is in the form of massive losses in the economic sector. Business actors are under pressure from a significant decline in income; as a result, many of them experience a decrease in optimism about the sustainability of their business. However, there are several ways to increase optimism, one of which is psychological capital training. This study aims to look at psycap training in increasing the optimism of business actors in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. This study uses a literature review method with the data source in the form of research data that has been done previously. The results of the literature review show that psychological capital training can increase one's optimism so that it can use to increase the optimism of business actors.

Individual behavior that can increase organizational effectiveness is an essential aspect for organizations to achieve optimal performance. For this reason, there is a need for research that can contribute to improving individual behavior in producing its effectiveness. However, previous research has shown a theoretical gap in measuring individual trust and organizational citizenship behavior. In theory, to fill the gap, this study measures the influence of individual beliefs and organizational citizenship behavior. Researchers surveyed employees who work in the retail sector as many as 257 employees. The researchers used a structural equation modeling approach – PLS with predictive purposes to test the research model. The study results indicate that there is a positive influence on individual beliefs based on intention and individual beliefs on actions on organizational citizenship behavior. The study's implications indicate the need to increase the motivational aspect to increase individual confidence so that it will lead to behavioral actions that can increase organizational effectiveness.

The quality of financial reports is one of the critical aspects for capital owners in assessing the company's success in its business. Previous research has shown a positive relationship between internal audits and the presentation of quality financial statements. Based on the critical role of the presentation of financial statements, the researchers researched the influence of internal audits on the quality of financial statements. The researcher uses a quantitative approach in answering the problem formulation that set. The sample in this study were 59 employees of the audit department in two manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung. Data analysis used simple linear regression with the results showing a positive influence of internal audit on the quality of financial reports by 50.5%. In contrast, the rest was influenced by other factors not examined. The study results indicate that the better the internal audit is carried out, the better the quality of financial reports.

This study aims to determine the effect of internal audit on fraud prevention. The object of this research was conducted at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collected is by distributing questionnaires with correlation data analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t. This study uses SPSS 22 tools for windows. that the implementation of internal audit at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia is good enough. In addition, the results of the correlation test indicate that the application of internal audit at PT. Indonesian Insurance Services are quite strong. Hypothesis test results also indicate that internal audit affects fraud prevention at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (fraud)

Learning Attitude: Student Perception on Pandemic Covid-19 in Bandung, Indonesia

At the time of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, several learning changes occur in higher education, such as the implementation of online learning. This change is a concrete step for the government to overcome the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia. However, the change of learning to online has several obstacles in its implementation where both students and teachers are still not used to online learning. This study investigates student knowledge about covid 19 and its implications for student learning attitudes and behavior. An online survey using google forms to students of undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the School of Economics, Pasundan, Bandung, Indonesia, has as many as 247 students. The researchers used a nonparametric structural equation modeling approach to identify the effect of student knowledge about COVID-19 on attitudes and learning behavior. The study results identified that student knowledge had a positive influence on student attitudes and negatively affected learning behavior. This condition indicates that the increasing threat of covid 19, which students know, will be more positive in their actions; however, their learning behavior will decrease. For this reason, it is necessary to take comprehensive steps by the parties concerned to implement effective policies in reducing the impact of covid 19 to improve student learning behavior. The novelty of this research is that no research identifies a model of the influence of knowledge regarding the impact of covid 19 on student behavior and learning behavior in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, and company size on audit report lag. This research was motivated by a case of delayed reporting of financial statements to companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that has an impact on the decline in investor confidence in the company. The research method used the explanatory method. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and company size, while the dependent variable is the audit report lag. The data used secondary data, obtained through the company's annual financial statement data as research objects. The sample in this study were 10 companies from the population, as many as 50 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The results showed that the profitability, solvency, and size of the company affect the audit report lag.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the Profitability of Islamic banking, such as Corporate Governance (CG), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research is quantitative. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Data processing using the multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that Corporate Governance had a significant positive effect on Profitability. Financing to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profitability. Non-Performing Financing has a significant negative effect on Profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profitability. Corporate Governance has a positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Financing to Deposit Ratio does not have a positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Non-Performing Financing has a significant positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Corporate Governance does not have a positive effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Financing to Deposit Ratio has an effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Non-Performing Financing has no effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Increasing banking profits, the banking management can take measures such as keeping the NPF in a safe position, maintaining the quality of productive assets, planning and arranging credit evaluations more carefully and selectively by using the principle of prudence.

The leadership role of the principal is one aspect in improving the quality of education. Principal leadership consists of various components, namely leadership styles, educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators and motivators. This study aims to validate the components proposed in this study whether they are the forming factors of the principal's leadership variable. To answer the research questions, the researchers used a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques to validate the predetermined components perceived by the teacher. Respondents are high school teachers at one of the secondary schools in Bandung Regency as many as 75 teachers. The results indicate that it is evident that the principal's leadership consists of 8 components, namely leadership style, educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The results of the study indicate that the principal's measurement can use the 8 factors that make up the principal's leadership variable.

Respondents are high school teachers at one of the secondary schools in Bandung Regency as many as 75 teachers. The results indicate that it is evident that the principal's leadership consists of 8 components, namely leadership style, educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The results of the study indicate that the principal's measurement can use the 8 factors that make up the principal's leadership variable.
