Numerous industries provide investors with various funding options in today's rapidly evolving business and technology landscape. One particularly intriguing area in this regard is investment. Investment refers to allocating cash into various assets for a specific duration to generate profits, such as income or capital appreciation. Infrastructure development has led to the management of several industries, including property and real estate. Property can stimulate other economic sectors by providing employment opportunities and enhancing overall societal well-being. This is further bolstered by the rapid growth of the property sector, driven by the consistent availability of land and the rising public demand for housing and office spaces. Based on the data results, it is evident that there was an upsurge in demand for property and real estate in 2019. In contrast, production was sluggish expansion across all industries during the Covid-19 pandemic. Share prices will rise with increased demand and fall with less demand. This is evident in the company's effective management of shareholders. Financial reports are crucial for the company's future. Financial report data can be utilized as a decisive factor in decision-making. By assessing the financial performance of PT. Alam Sutera Reality Tbk, PT. Bumi Serpong Tbk, and PT. Bekasi Fajar Industri Estate Tbk, investors can make well-informed investment decisions. The liquid or illiquid ratio, which is based on the company's debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turnover, can be calculated to complete this assessment.
Natasya FajriahHemima Franika Br GintingHerlin MuntheMaduma Sari Sagala

https://jurnal.stiepas.ac.id/index.php/jebe/article/view/533

This study seeks to examine the impact of Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Stock Return in manufacturing companies within the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The study will analyze the relationship between these variables both individually and simultaneously. The approach employed in this study is a quantitative methodology. From 2018 to 2019, 28 food and beverage industry production enterprises comprised 80 samples. This study utilized purposive sampling and employed various statistical tests, including the partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, classical assumption test, and adjusted R-square test. The test results indicate a significant relationship between Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Sales (RS), as evidenced by the p-value of 0.003, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. (2) In the SPSS T-test, a sig value of 0.499>0.05 indicates no significant influence of DER on RS. (3) The results of the SPSS testing using the T-test show that the significance value is 0.484, more significant than 0.05. This condition indicates that CR does not have a significant influence on RS. (4) Based on the findings of the statistical significance test (p-value of 0.134>0.05), it may be inferred that DAR does not have a significant influence on RS. The calculated value of f, 4.664, is greater than the critical value of 2.49, and the significance level of 0.003 is less than the threshold of 0.05. Therefore, we can infer that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.194, indicating that the independent variables can explain 19.4% of the variation in Y (RS). Other factors influence the remaining 80.6% of the variation.
Herlin MuntheNovita Royana MarbunYara Ainy Br GintingKiki Hardiansyah Siregar

https://jurnal.stiepas.ac.id/index.php/jebe/article/view/555

Capital market investors anticipate their investments will appreciate and progress in line with their investment objectives, specifically to enhance investor well-being. The investment value appreciates when the issuer's share price or firm value rises. Several variables can impact the value of a company, with profitability and leverage being two significant influences. Prior studies have presented empirical proof that a firm's profitability and leverage can impact its value. This study examines the moderating impact of leverage on the association between profitability and company value. The study employed data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021. Currently, there are no studies that have investigated the impact of leverage as a moderating factor on the relationship between profitability and firm value. The data analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between profitability and firm valuation. Significant leverage levels have a considerable negative effect on a corporation's value. The interaction variable of profitability and leverage has a minimal effect on the relationship between profitability and firm value. The test results suggest that leverage modifies, diminishing the link between profitability and company value. However, it is essential to note that leverage is not demonstrated to be a substantial moderating variable in this relationship.
Nuryaman NuryamanEriana KartadjumenaDudi Abdul Hadi

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of socialization, accounting comprehension, and readiness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on the implementation of financial statement preparation based on the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK-EMKM). The study focused on the population of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that actively took part in the UMKM Juara program in the Karawang Regency during the year 2022. The sampling technique employed was saturation sampling, wherein the whole population under study was sampled. The utilized specimen had a value of 132. The findings indicated that partial socialization positively and significantly influences the implementation of financial statement preparation based on SAK-EMKM.

On the other hand, an understanding of accounting has little impact on implementing financial statement preparation based on SAK-EMKM.
This study aims to investigate the impact of brand image and customer trust on customer loyalty, mediated via customer satisfaction. Gender is employed as an independent variable to mitigate the impact of brand image and customer trust variables on customer loyalty. This study utilized data from 250 respondents who completed a questionnaire issued to BSI customers in the Malang Raya area. Purposive sampling and proportional random sampling are two distinct methods used for sampling. A proportional random sampling method was employed to ensure that the percentage of respondents from Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City was maintained. The research used the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. These data indicate that brand image and customer satisfaction substantially impact customer loyalty. However, customer trust does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Moreover, the brand's image and the level of consumer trust notably impact customer satisfaction.
The objective of this study is to ascertain the financial ratios, specifically the Cash Ratio, Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), of Financial Distress in Manufacturing Companies within the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study employs quantitative data. The findings and analysis presented in this study are as follows: The multiple linear regression test results indicate that the t-count value is 10.625, more significant than the t-table value of 2.03951. Additionally, the significance level of the t-count is 0.001, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, we may infer that the t-count value is statistically significant. The ROI multiple linear regression test results indicate that the t-count value of 2.886 is statistically significant with a p-value of 0.007, compared to a t-table value of 2.03951 and a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, we can infer that the t-count value of 2.886 is significant. The t-value is 2.03951, and the significance level is 0.007, less than 0.05. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the t-count for ROE is -2.897, which has a significance level of 0.007. Comparing this with the t-table value of 1.69552 at a significance level of 0.05, we may infer that the t-count value of 2.897 is greater than the t-table value of 1.69552, and the significance level of 0.007 is less than 0.05. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the t-count value for NPM is -1.095, with a significance level of 0.282. Comparing this to the t-table value of 1.69552 at a significance level of 0.05, we may conclude that the t-count value of 1.095 is less than the t-table value and is not statistically significant.
