PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA CIMAHI

The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the state of motivation, discipline, work environment and employee performance Cimahi City Health Department, 2) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment partially on employee performance, 3) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.
This research was conducted at the Department of Health Cimahi by taking the employee population of 90 people. The method used is descriptive method analytical census using path analysis (path analysis), and the operation of calculations using SPSS 17.The results of this study are as follows: 1) the state of motivation in Health Office Cimahi included in either category (3.5792), 2) the state of labor discipline exist in either category (3.6296), 3) the state of the work environment is in category either (3.5096), 4) state employee performance there in the good category (3.6333), 5) there is a significant effect of motivation (x_1) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2797, 6) significant influence labor discipline (X_2) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2024, 7), there is a significant effect of work environment (X_3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0 , 1810, 8), there is the influence of motivation (x_1), work discipline (X_2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously on employee performance (Y), namely the determination (R ^ 2) = 0.6631 or 66.31%.
The conclusion of this study is proven there is significant relationship between motivation, discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Health Cimahi.
